When do I receive the Welcome SADMOK coupon code?
You will receive an email with your SADMOK coupon code within 24 hours after your subscription. This coupon code is valid on all purchases on sadmok.com – excluding crowdfunding purchases, new additions, and bundles. Your discount amount will be calculated from the total product price.
Can a coupon be used on top of other coupons or discounts?
Unless specified, coupons are not stackable with other promotional offers. They apply to any item in the currently active promotion but are calculated from the total, non-discounted product price.
What is the difference between the 2 year warranty and 10 year warranty?
The two year warranty covers you up to two years after the purchase date. If there is a problem within this time, you can claim and receive a free replacement. Just make sure you save the receipt for your purchase. The ten year warranty covers your product for the ten years after your two-year warranty expires. If you encounter a problem with your SADMOK product within this time, you will be entitled to a 50% discount on www.sadmok.com for the purchase of a new device (limited for one-time use only ). Warranty covers electric products only. Full coverage details can be found within your product’s packaging.
Where can I register my 10 year warranty?
Your ten-year warranty is automatically registered when your two-year warranty is recorded, and it comes into effect on the day after your two-year warranty expires. Imagine, 12 years of guaranteed pleasure in front of you? Beautiful.
Can I become a SADMOK tester?
Thank you for your kind offer, but fortunately, all of our products have already been thoroughly tested to make sure you get the best experience. All you have to do is pick out your favorites and let your imagination do the rest.
Is there any import cost?
There may be additional duties, fees, or taxes raised by the authorities in your country that we have no control over (outside EU & US). You will need to take care of them yourself when receiving the shipment but rest assured your SADMOK order will soon be heading your way
How do I track my order?
All shipping information will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase is shipped. Please use the link included in the email to track your delivery directly on the delivery company webpage. If the link is not responsive for any reason, please access the web page of the delivery company and enter the tracking number manually to verify the status of your delivery.
Will my credit card details be stored?
To safeguard your security, SADMOK does not store any credit card details. Online purchase transactions will be charged to your credit card at the time you submit your order. However, the transaction will ever only be put through after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and confirmed stock availability. We will send you an email if we are unable to complete your order for any reason.
Can I return or exchange a SADMOK product?
Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict health regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened/used items unless they are defective.We do not resell returned items. Your safety is our priority.
Is your packaging discrete?
Your discretion is essential to us, so we made sure our packages come in plain cardboard without any big letters and logos. However, due to law and various customs regulations, and international inspections, the waybill label must contain written information about the sender, which comes in tiny letters.
What materials are SADMOK toys made of?
All SADMOK pleasure devices are made of specially engineered body-safe silicone and ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) thermoplastic polymer, which add to their waterproof properties. Both materials are considered safe, non-toxic, with no known adverse health effects reported as a result of long exposure to the material.
The plastic does not leach, nor is it carcinogenic, and it is also used in the manufacture of children’s toys. Silicone is resistant, nonporous, and will not harbor bacteria. It is odorless and contains no harmful chemicals, such as BPA, lead, latex, or phthalates.
Some devices also contain aluminum alloy and gold leaf, adding to the smooth, luxurious feel people fall in love with. Most importantly, all devices are made for longevity and endurance, ensuring safe use on all intimate occasions. Make sure to keep your devices in a dry, safe place without exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight.
Are allSADMOK toys waterproof?
Yes, all SADMOK toys are 100% waterproof to maximize your pleasure. Also, they are super easy to clean. In fact, why not take a nice bath or a warm shower and see for yourself? Work can wait.
How do I dispose of my device?
Only dispose of your device if it’s ready to be disposed of. Keep in mind that opening the device will void its warranty. Because all SADMOKdevices contain a lithium-ion battery, the battery must be removed before disposal and should not be thrown away with household waste. To remove the battery, peel away the silicone cover, open the plastic shell, and remove the battery to be disposed of by your local environmental regulations. Wear gloves during this process for your safety. Now that you have successfully disposed of your device, it’s the perfect opportunity to see what else is in store for you.
What moisturizer should I use with SADMOK toys?
Always use water-based moisturizers, preferably SADMOK products, since they are developed to maximize your pleasure. Avoid using silicone-based moisturizers as they could damage the silicone of your device. You wouldn’t want anything to happen to something that makes you so happy, right?
How to charge my SADMOK toy?
All SADMOK toys need to be charged before you first use them. After that, only power them when they are completely empty to save their battery life. Lights will start to blink, indicating a recharge is needed. When lights are steady device is fully charged, and you’re ready to go.
Do all SADMOK toys come with USB cable?
Yes, most of our products are rechargeable and come with a USB cable.so all you have to do is make sure they are charged and get down to work.
Can I use my adapter with the SADMOK cable charger?
Of course – all USB adapters are universal. Depending on the manufacturer, some will take a longer or shorter time to charge (same as if you charge your phone via the computer or a wall charger adapter).
